An enrolment confirmation and receipt will be sent to your postal address upon receipt of your enrolment form and payment.

Note: Minimum numbers apply for all courses to proceed.  Maximum of 20 participants per training session.

Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully.  If you fail to attend a class on the day there is NO refund of the course fee.

CHANGES TO COURSE BOOKINGS BY YOU: If you have paid for a course that you need to cancel or change another date, please give us 5 days notice of your need to cancel or change to another date.  This can be done by phoning First Aid Educators.  We will do our best to arrange another course for you or if this is not possible, we will give you a full refund on the course fee.  All changes to courses are confirmed in writing to you, so please retain this as proof of notification of the change.  If prior to the commencement of a course an individual participant is unable to attend the course, a full refund will be given provided 24 hours notice is given prior to the course commencement.

FAILURE TO ATTEND ON THE DAY OF TRAINING WITHOUT NOTICE: If you have paid and fail to attend a course on the set day there is no refund of course fees.  Group Bookings require ‘48’ hours notification of a cancellation and First Aid Educators reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to $150 in order to cover administration costs undertaken up to that time.

ILLNESS / HARDSHIP: On the day of training if you cannot attend a course due to illness or hardship, we will require certification from a medical practitioner or your employer confirming your reason for being unable to attend.  You can re-book into another course at no cost in this situation, otherwise a partial refund (up to 50%) may be given (a doctor’s certificate will be requested).

First Aid Educators & Australian First Aid (the Registered Training Organisation) reserves the right to withdraw or withhold certifications or qualifications for training received when a refund is made.  However, where a refund is made and it is established that the trainee/student complaint is fully justified, we will not withdraw or withhold certification.

RELEASE OF CERTIFICATES: Certificates will not be released until all course fees are paid and students satisfactorily complete all requirements of their course.
